1. Refrigerator's water :
Avoid having refrigerator's water during summer . You must strictly avoid it before going in sun and after entering home from sun. #It can lead to cough and cold conditions even during summer .#It can also lead to heart problems . Try to have atleast 3 L of pot water on a regular basis during summer.
2. Red meat :
Red meat should be strictly avoided during summer as it increases our body heat to a great extent. # You can have fish & chicken but it should be cooked well because now a days these are highly infected

Theses should be consumed as less as possible . Since it has a high content of caffein , # it decreases amount of water level in our body . Caffien is also bad for our skin.
5. Deep fried eatables :
Samosa , puri's and other eatables which are highly fried in oil should be avoided during summer . # Theses makes skin oily and skin related problems could occur .
Try these things for atleast two months during summer :
1. Lemon water :
# When you are going outside during summer try to have a glass of lemon water made with a complete lemon .
# It will keep you hydrated throughout the day and helps to fulfil potassium content in your body and also keeps your heart healthy .
2. Watermelon :
# It is the fruit which has the highest water content about 90% .
3. Mango's juice :
# Try to have it atleast 2 to 3 times a week . It saves us from loo and keeps us hydrated .
# It also has a high content of sugar and helps to keep heart healthy .
4. Gram powder soup :
# It has a property which keeps our body cold and makes us feel good during summer.
5. Curd / Buttermilk :
# You can have it everyday if possible after your meal .
